Would not let me return a pair of boots that hurt my ankle that has pins and rods in it from a previous accident. BTW, I only had the boots for 4 days. Only worn twice indoors Totally rediculous!!!! I'll never shop there again! Buyer beware! Update....... Working near finally honored my return, but only after I emailed a complaint to their corporate office
