  They're too expensive on their products and offers. They try to sell everything to you or trick you into going into the store. You want to see if they have hardware instock? Come in the store. You want to see if they'll do repairs? Come in the store. You can't get a simple answer over the phone if they have it in stock. And when you DO go in the store, they'll just order it online, but it's going to cost you a little extra for them to order it. I know how to use Amazon, I'm coming to you guys because I want it now. I'm more than capable of ordering things myself.
