  I didn't go to the Warwick store, but was somehow given their phone number instead of the Boston location, and ended up talking to one of their employees on the phone. I was calling about a watch question, and they don't even have a watch department! Still, the employee was very helpful, knew about the watch in question, and was very helpful despite not having any obligation to help (since it was not only the wrong store, but a store without a watch department). Wonderful.

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, STORE BLAMES CORPORATE, CORPORATE BLAMES THE OUT SOURCING COMPANY THEY HIRED AND NO ONE TAKES ACCOUNTABILITY FOR IN CORRECT ORDER AND CHARGES. I WOULD NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN IF I WAS BEING PAID TO TAKE THE MERCHANDISE
