  If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have never been treated so poorly by a Rite Aid Pharmacy in my life (and they are usually my favorite pharmacy)! The pharmacist, Erin overstepped her bounds and wrote on my prescription so I couldn't even take it somewhere else. She questioned my doctors orders. And did so in a demeaning, accusatory way. I wasn't out of medication like she implied. I was following what my doctor told me to do when he increased my dose of a medication (1 week ago and told me to take what i had as it was the new script) and go back the pharmacy early to refill that BY LAW they have to honor it. The pharmacists need to learn basic customer service skills.

  Erin the (pharmacist) or maybe the tech or better yet the cashier , was the most unprofessional (pharmacist) I have ever dealt with .I really thought there was some sort of training that would be required to fill that position, I WAS WRONG !
