The absolute best place to take all of your lawn repairs in RI. They're professional, accurate, and can fix all of your tractors, lawn mowers or any yard equipment. Hats off to the entire team. Especially Paul! Can't thank them enough for all their hard work!!!

I’m really sorry to do this, this may be one of the only one star reviews I’ve ever given. Just a forward to this: I did not pay out of pocket for the service I am about to describe. This is for warranty service on a tool that precision saw is an authorized repair facility for. I brought a drill in for repair under warranty, including having the original purchase receipt to prove in-warranty status. This was in ~April of 2017. I was told it could be a little while, but I didn’t expect that a little while would mean I would have picked it up in late January, 2018. While it was in for repair, I called 3 times, in July, August, and finally again about 2 or 3 weeks ago in January 2018. Only after that last call did the repair work begin. I did stop in about 6 months ago to pick up my battery and take it home, so it wouldn’t degrade during this extremely long repair time. What I found was an organization system that consisted of cardboard boxes and plastic buckets on the floor full of tools. One gets grabbed off the top and fixed, and the rest get buried under more. This surely was the cause of my excessively long wait. Judging by the dozens of pieces of power equipment that always sit outside here, their organization for the big stuff doesn’t seem to be any better. Anyways, I picked up my drill today, which I replaced long ago after expecting to never get my original one back. Would it surprise you that it was assembled incorrectly and likely never tested? The drill was running backwards, and very slow. Turns out they installed the battery contacts in it backwards, so it was running reverse polarity. If I didn’t catch it right away and just put up with it working opposite and slow, this would have surely blown the MOSFET power supply in it, in short order. For these reasons I certainly cannot recommend bringing your tools here for warranty repair, and think twice about bringing your more expensive power equipment here if this is the attention to detail these sorts of things get. Sorry Precision Saw and Mower. If you don’t have the time and attention to detail to be an authorized warranty repair center for this stuff, then don’t. At the very least, set expectations appropriately, and get repairs right the first time.
