  I've bought and sold at once upon a child many times and despite some of the previous reviews, I've always been happy. I figure if I bring things that my child no longer can use and make about $100 each time, then it was worth it. The wait time is expected so I always shop and wait for the text which is always approximate to their time. As far as customer service, they are always busy as expected but they are also always hiring new staff so its apparent their shorthanded and trying to hire more staff and although I can't recall being greeted, I've always checked out with smiling staff. Be sure your clothes are clean, animal hair free, neatly folded and don't smell like smoke as well as being fairly new and you too could leave happy. Remember you are selling used clothes and in order for them to operate, resell and make a profit to pay bills, they have to buy at a used price. If your not happy then sell at a yard sale because there's no other places that give cash on the spot. Thank you once upon a child as I'm a stay at home mom and after reselling clothes I have the money to purchase new clothes that fits them at a reasonable price.
