  I first looked up the products online so I had a good idea of what I wanted. I thought I knew what features and style I wanted. I knew I wanted to sit in the different recliners just to check and make sure that was what I wanted. Jake (the shorter one) knew the exact questions to ask me to help me make sure I got the perfect one for me. When the one I thought I wanted wasn't actually what I wanted. He took me to try ones that better fit me. He helped me get the perfect recliner with the features I liked best. I had initially not understood the features correctly so he double checked to make sure I understood and that changed my decision. I also didn't realize there were different textures to the fabrics. So the initial color I liked wasn't a texture I liked. So he helped me with suggestions and I found a fabric I liked. I knew everything was on sale but I was pleasantly surprised that delivery was also free for only day that I bought my recliner! I couldn't be happier with my experience!
