  My husband and I stopped in the Warwick store looking for a Dining Room buffet. There were many associates who offered to help, but they didn't follow your every step. Just politely offered their assistance and let us know they were available. We found the buffet of our choice and Russel Casey helped us out. The transaction was wonderful. Once we made the purchase we received an email thanking us for the purchase. Delivery was set up and went exactly as stated. When the guys arrived they saw I had hard wood floors and put felt under the feet. It's the little things that make the difference. I love my buffet and I will return to Jordan's in the future.

  Our experience was great. From the attention of Jackie in the Showroom, she paid attention of what we were looking for and our style and showed us exactly what we were looking for and more. We received part of our furniture, one of the pieces is in back order. But the guys at delivery were right on the time they told us, they called 1/2 hour from arrival time and did a great job placing the furniture in the place we wanted. They were friendly, respectful and very careful when placing the items, etc. We will back to Jordan's in a near future!
